| Abstract | O presente artigo é um dos produtos da pesquisa de Tese em desenvolvimento intitulada A regularização fundiária urbana e o acesso à Justiça Ambiental: A mediação na regularização fundiária urbana e ambiental no estado do Pará, apresentado de forma resumida na disciplina Estudo de Campo no segundo semestre de 2021. O objetivo principal do artigo é aplicar a metodologia da tese, com ênfase nos princípios éticos da mediação enquanto ferramenta metodológica. A complexidade de enxergar sistematicamente a relação entre assuntos que em uma análise superficial não possuem relação entre si. Qual a relação entre a regularização urbanística e ambiental, o direito animal e o patrimônio imaterial. ABSTRACT: This article is one of the products of the Thesis research under development entitled Urban land regularization and access to Environmental Justice: Mediation in urban and environmental land regularization in the State of Pará, presented in a summarized way in the discipline Field Study in the second semester of 2021. The main objective of the article is to apply the methodology of the thesis, with emphasis on the ethical principles of mediation as a methodological tool. The complexity of systematically seeing the relationship between subjects that in a superficial analysis are not related to each other. What is the relationship between urban and environmental regularization and animal law and intangible heritage. |
